I agree, on behalf of all applicants, that I/we shall abide by the Club rules, including the following key points:

1. Handlers should keep their dogs under control at all times
2. Dogs & puppies should be fully inoculated to prevent any risk of infection.
3. Dogs with infectious ailments (E.g. Kennel Cough) and bitches in season should be kept away from the club and/or its activities until clear.
4. Handlers must clean up after their dogs using the disposal bins provided
5. Any behavioural problems must be discussed with an Instructor before attending a class
6. Respect other Members and follow the instructions of Club officials as required.
7, Children to be appropriately supervised at all times (Full rules can be found in the Membership Handbook or are available from the Club Secretary)

Note: Only Members of NDTC are permitted to train their dogs or take part in instructional classes
that require payment of the fees shown below. Renewal Fees apply from 1st Jan annually.
This application will be reviewed for approval at the next scheduled Committee meeting.
